SHOULD I STAY AT HOME DURING YOUR INTERVENTION

Our staff comes to your home while respecting your privacy and your living environment. However, we recommend that you be present during the first service in order to welcome our Jet Nettoyage specialist and to clearly specify your requirements

SHOULD I PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS?

No, for each intervention we provide usea range of professional products to ensure quality service.

I ALREADY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A CLEANING COMPANY. CAN I CHANGE IT?

It’s possible, there are 2 solutions available to you:

1. Change provider once your current contract expires.
2. Terminate your contract by respecting the notice period indicated on it.

SHOULD I EXPECT TRAVEL COSTS IN ADDITION TO THE DISPLAYED RATE?

The indicated rate takes into account the travel, you will not have to pay anything extra.

LAUNDRY CARE

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT FOR THIS SERVICE?

No, we we take care of everything!

Your laundry will be taken care of with professional equipment in one of our 2 dry cleaners.

WHAT KIND OF LAUNDRY DO YOU CARE FOR?

We are authorized to process all types of laundry.

Depending on the type of laundry, we will apply a price per kilo or per piece.

DO YOU OFFER A LOYALTY CARD?

Yes!

For only €45 you obtain a card allowing washing 10 “classic” linens (coat, sweater, shirts, pants, etc.)
This card is only valid at our dry cleaners in Rezé.

WHAT IS CLEANING DRY?

Certain textiles cannot withstand washing in water.
Dry cleaning allows you to effectively treat your textiles, remove stains and degrease them by using a solvent.

To ensure quality services, we use a supplier for all the products we use, as well as for our equipment (vacuum cleaners,

HOW DO YOU PROCEED WITH CHIMNEY SCREENING?

THEN -WOULD I SWEEP MY CHIMNEY MYSELF?

We recommend that you have your installation swept by our services. this professional intervention makes it possible to issue a chimney sweep certificate which can serve as proof for your insurer. In addition, chimney sweeping requires specific technique and know-how from our employees in order to avoid any damage.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY OF CHIMNEY Sweeping?

The regulations in force impose two chimney sweeps per year for solid and liquid fuel appliances (coal, wood, fuel oil). As an exception, a single chimney sweep is sufficient for gaseous fuels (natural gas, propane). However, we advise you to consult the RSD (Departmental Health Regulations) of your department to confirm

the number of regulatory chimney sweeps.

WHAT IS A CHIMNEY SWEEPING CERTIFICATE ?

The chimney sweep certificate serves as proof to your insurer in the event of a claim.

Please note that only a qualified chimney sweep certificate is authorized to provide a chimney sweep certificate. Without a valid chimney sweep certificate, your insurance may not cover the damage occurring during a disaster.
